Cancellation Policy

Booking & Attendance All tuition sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system. Sessions are delivered online and the tutor will share the session link directly with the student or parent prior to each lesson. Please ensure the student is ready and available at the scheduled time. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Packages & Validity Our tuition packages are sold as bundles of sessions. Each package includes an initial assessment followed by personalised tuition sessions tailored to the student’s needs. Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, allowing families the flexibility to space sessions according to their schedule. Unused sessions remaining after the validity period will expire. Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the named student. Cancellations & Rescheduling Once a package or session has been purchased, cancellations and refunds are not available. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please notify us as early as possible. While we will always try to be understanding, missed sessions cannot be credited, refunded, or rescheduled. Assessment Sessions The first session in a package includes an academic assessment. This helps us identify the student’s current level and design a learning plan aligned with GCSE expectations. Package selection and learning targets are confirmed after the assessment has taken place. General By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to this booking policy.
