Our services

Tuition is delivered both online and in person.
Services are offered to students aged 11–16+ (GCSE years).
Subjects include all GCSE subjects, including but not limited to Maths, English, and Science.

Assessments

An assessment is mandatory before lessons begin for all package bookings.
Assessments are free but are conducted only after a package has been purchased.
Assessment results determine eligibility for specific guaranteed packages.

Lesson packages & payments

All lesson packages are paid upfront.
Single sessions may be booked separately where available.
Prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Money‑back guarantee

The Guaranteed Grade 7–9 and Guaranteed Grade 9 packages include a money‑back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

The student must complete all 30 lessons included in the package.
Measurable improvement is defined as:

Achieving Grade 7 if the student began at Grade 4, or
Achieving Grade 9 if the student began at Grade 7.

There is no fixed time limit to complete the 30 lessons.

No refunds are available if all 30 lessons are not completed.

The guarantee applies to one subject only per package.
Lesson packages cannot be split across multiple subjects.
All 30 lessons must be completed in the same subject for the guarantee to apply.

Cancellations & rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Late cancellations or no‑shows are non‑refundable.
Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit the session.
One no‑show will receive a warning; repeated no‑shows may be charged.

Tutor availability

Tutors may be substituted with 24 hours’ notice.
Tutors may be changed if unavailable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
